Gastropod fossils from Morocco, these high quality specimens exhibit the coiled morphology of the shell, they are from the Cretaceous period, making them between 145 to 65 million years old and likely died out during the Cretaceous/Tertiary extinction event, which also killed of the dinosaurs.
